  • To enter, participants must book tickets through FloridaTix during the competition period. 
  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. 
  • The decisions of the Judges are final. 
  • Prizes that include household or novelty items will be sent in the form of a voucher or gift card. 
  • Tours and experience prizes do not include travel unless explicitly stated otherwise. 
  • Winners will be announced across FloridaTix social media platforms. 
  • Winners must claim their prize within 24 hours of social media announcement, or the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. 
  • Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
  • FloridaTix is not responsible for any cancellations of tours or experiences associated with the prizes. 
  • FloridaTix is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the competition or the use of any prize. 
  • All prizes are final and cannot be exchanged for cash, alternative items, or any monetary value.
