• You'll receive a meal card that can be used for any salad, burger, sandwich or chicken mac & cheese on the menu, ice-cream for dessert plus unlimited soft drinks, tea or coffee.
• Kids menu includes cheese pizza, chicken fingers, salad, mac & cheese or spaghetti & meatballs.
• Substitutions are available upon request along with vegetarian and gluten free options

The VIP experience starts the moment you step out of your hotel, thanks to our door-to-door limousine service.

Your chauffer will pick you up at the start of the evening and drop you off at the end of the night. Plus, there will be FREE champagne and bottled water waiting for you in the car!

How the limo transfers work:

• You will share your limo with other Planet Hollywood VIP diners
• You must call the number on your ticket to confirm your accommodation details. You’ll then be told your exact collection time at least 1 day in advance
• If your hotel is outside the standard Orlando tourism area, you may be asked to go to a centrally-located pick-up point  
• Your ride may be either a limousine, or a top-of-the-line Mercedes Sprinter Limo
